And wanted to know if one of his colleagues was a car enthusiast based on the stuff on his garage. He then goes on to send me pictures of two 66~67 GTOs, a 1970 GMC Jimmy, a beater truck of some sort too closely pictured to identify, and a 73~79 Corvette, only the front fender is visible, so I can't tell the exact year.

So, yeah, I think his colleague qualifies. Also, holy shit, guys, does everyone in the US own half a dozen Classic cars just like that!? I think I need to go study abroad right nao...

Most people where I live do....

A guy at work has a 73 Monza a 68 Nova a Starfire and a shit load of other cars kicking around his daily is an Oldsmobile, his wide has the Impala.

My friend has two 89 CRX's in mint stock condition his dad has a 1990 Iroc-Z(technically a car that should not exist) a 57(?) Bel Air with Pillarless windows. An engine from the first gen Corvettes when. A few other goodies and then a Big block 1971 Camaro

Guy I used to work with has a brand new charger and then a 1969 Hemi Charger

Daily I see old cars coming into work in beautiful condition, from Bel-Airs to Mach 1 Stangs and all this other wicked nice stuff.

I can keep making you sad....lol

My neighbor used to drag race cars (still does on occasion) and he has in storage a Demon bracket racing car. he has somewhere a Cargo Van with a 440 Big block Hemi. a Dakota with a built 372 or something. I got to drive the Dakota a few times and loved it. He built transmissions for race cars down in Jersey and put on in a SRT10 Ram truck, and the thing was batshit crazy on the strip.

I live in CT. I see a good number of classics, but I don't know about daily and beautiful condition.

I post pictures randomly of what I see.

Yesterday it was a 327 Bel Air no pics cause I was busy.

but 90% of what I see is beautiful condition. NH is a little different from CT in the sense that we have money, but we don't get the nice new cars, we restore the old.

In certain places? Yes, but not everywhere. It is not uncommon in the more rural areas to own like 5 cars and a lot of classic American iron still goes for cheap.

Would you say Springfiled, MO qualifies as a rural area? That's where my bud is.

Yeah that would pretty much do it. Missouri is almost smack dab in the center of the U.S., Springfield is actually a decent sized city but there probably isn't too much around it.

Depends. Guy on my street has a split window vette but 95% of the neighborhood drives some anonymous four door/crossover
